Gary is an amazing service manager. He actually cares, honest and he is does an amazing job of taking the stress out your issues. My car engine seized and with professionalism and objectivity, Gary helped me navigate the very challenging and bureaucratic Kia head office. If I lived in Kelowna I would always take my car to him, even if it’s not a Kia. The Vancouver Kia can learn a few things from Gary’s approach as their to understand what excellent customer service is. Thank you Gary

All staff are very personable, friendly, and excellent at their jobs. They really went above and beyond to help me. Farther from my home than other Kia dealerships, but well worth the extra driving!

This is my first KIA vehicle and I was really pleased with the service! Jill was great! We also chatted with Karissa for a bit while Jill was helping someone else and she was lovely as well. Everyone was friendly and we got what we went in for. We are loving our new vehicle! Can't speak for the service dept as we obviously haven't dealt with them yet, but if they are anything like the rest of the staff we are set!

A month or so ago I was looking to but a car, wandered into Kia & met with Jill Vardi. We spent an hour or so, drove a few cars, negotiated on one car. Jill was very good to work with, knowledgeable, direct, straight forward, no BS. I'm old & have bought many cars & sat with many car sales people. I liked her approach & honesty & recommend her.
